Job summary

ABM is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to lead onsite learning initiatives for the IMF account. You will design, deliver, and measure programs that boost workforce capability, engagement, and leadership readiness.

You’ll collaborate with operations, HR, and client stakeholders to translate business needs into practical learning experiences, owning the account's learning strategy execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training, or Organizational Development.
• Proven facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting frontline or operational workforces.
• Strong relationship management and influencing abilities.
• Experience leading workforce development, onboarding, leadership development, and change initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the account's learning and development roadmap.
• Identify skill gaps and development opportunities through workforce and business assessments.
• Coordinate and execute the annual training calendar.
• Monitor participation, completion, and effectiveness metrics.
• Ensure fulfillment of contractual training requirements.
• Design and deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and workshop-based learning programs.
• Facilitate leadership, technical, compliance, safety, customer service, and professional development training.
• Develop training materials, job aids, guides, and supporting resources.
• Support onboarding and employee orientation programs.
• Develop competency-based learning pathways for frontline employees, supervisors, and managers.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen employee development and retention efforts.
• Measure learning effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
