Job summary

You will partner with operations, HR and Talent Acquisition to close capability gaps and drive performance.
The role focuses on designing enterprise-wide learning solutions, leading leadership development, and building talent pipelines for critical roles, including succession
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in learning, talent development, or organizational development.
- Experience with leadership development, succession planning, and learning strategy.
- Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP/SCP, CPTD, or related credentials.
- International Coaching Federation – Associate Certified Coach a plus
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Partner with operations leaders, HR and Talent Acquisition to identify capability gaps and workforce needs.
- Learning & Leadership Development: Lead needs assessments and design enterprise-wide learning solutions.
- Talent Management: Support succession planning and talent review processes.
- Analytics & Effectiveness: Evaluate learning effectiveness and ROI; use talent analytics to identify skill gaps and measure outcomes.
