Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in training, leadership, enablement, or related roles.
• Understanding of learning and development principles and instructional design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and assess training effectiveness.
• Familiarity with program management principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Enablement and Onboarding team, guiding New Hires and Client Support Advisors/ SME positions.
• Implement and maintain programs and resources to boost team capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skills gaps and create tailored solutions.
• Ensure consistency in processes, methods, and materials across the organization.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to ensure ongoing development.
• Establish KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness and drive improvements.
