Job summary

ARUP Laboratories is seeking a Client Site Liaison II to support on-site operations at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). The role acts as the bridge between CHOP and ARUP, handling specimen processing, communications, and logistics to ensure compliant transport and timely turnaround.

Responsibilities include preparing specimens, resolving client questions, maintaining records, and coordinating with couriers and ARUP Connect.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or higher in Biological Sciences or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biological Sciences or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pour off, label and process ARUP specimens as they become available in accordance with the specimen handling section of the ARUP test directory.
• Prepare ARUP specimens for transport to ARUP in accordance with DOT and IATA guidelines.
• Maintain contact with the local and regional couriers to ensure shipment schedules are maintained.
