Job summary

ARUP Laboratories is seeking an on-site Client Liaison II at CHI Memorial Chattanooga to coordinate specimen processing and shipments. You will act as the primary contact between CHI Memorial Chattanooga and ARUP's Client Relations teams, ensuring smooth communication and accurate handling of specimens.

The role emphasizes liaising with clients, preparing specimens, and maintaining compliance with SOPs, with schedule Monday–Friday (40 hrs/wk) 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, at CHI Memorial Hospital

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication with clients and internal teams.
• Experience with specimen processing or phlebotomy preferred.
• Understanding of SOPs and laboratory workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process ARUP specimens according to the test directory.
• Prepare specimens for transport per DOT/IATA guidelines.
• Maintain client communications and resolve submission issues.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Keep clients informed about specimen requirements, fees, and turnaround times.
