Job summary

ARUP Laboratories seeks a Client Site Liaison II for an on-site, Austin-based role. You will liaise between the client and ARUP teams, process specimens, and ensure compliant handling and transport. The schedule is Tue-Sat, 40 hours per week, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Minimum: High School diploma; preferred Associates or Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences and lab experience. You will interact with clients, enter data, and support shipping and regulatory activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or higher degree preferred in biological sciences.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field with relevant lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pour off, label and process ARUP specimens in accordance with ARUP test directory.
• Prepare specimens for transport following DOT and IATA guidelines.
• Maintain records and documentation; ensure regulatory compliance (CAP, NY, etc.).
• Provide client support and communicate specimen requirements, turnaround times and fees.
