Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a detail-oriented QA technician in Needham, MA for our post-launch quality team. You’ll inspect returns, analyze root causes, and support product health reporting using basic teardown methods and data entry in spreadsheets.

The role requires an Associates in a technical field or related Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and ability to work autonomously or in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a technical area or trade school completed.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and offer creative solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; SharePoint knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team in a changing priority environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect returned products according to quality and safety standards
• Troubleshoot and fix sustaining production test issues escalated from Repair Technicians and report to Quality Engineers.
• Perform basic teardown of returned consumer products and document workflow followed
• Reporting quality anomalies to cross functional team for review
• View the entire consumer experience at a macro level to identify experience detractors and track product performance, communicating key learnings and developments to appropriate workflows for action
• Manage product health reporting and push for continuous five-star experience via iterative design improvements.

• Present status of activities and special projects to management regularly
• Perform other duties from time to time that include but are not limited to warehouse/work station/facility/common area maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep.
