SharkNinja in Needham, MA is seeking a detail-oriented, post-launch quality specialist to join our on-site team at the HQ. You’ll analyze returns, perform basic teardowns, and document workflows to support five-star product experiences.

This role involves lab testing, data entry, and communicating findings to cross-functional teams. You’ll read instructions, use lab equipment, and help drive continuous improvements while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field related to quality or product development
• Associates degree in a technical area with strong analytical skills
• Ability to analyze root causes and offer creative solutions
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SharePoint a plus

Responsibilities

• Inspect returned products according to quality and safety standards
• Troubleshoot and fix production test issues escalated from Repair Technicians
• Perform basic teardowns of returned products and document workflow
• Report quality anomalies to cross-functional teams for review
• Assess the consumer experience at a macro level and track product performance
