Job summary

FIVE Labs in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Lab Manager to oversee planning and execution of programs at the Vegas facility and off-site locations. You will coordinate with sponsors, colleagues, and Account Managers to document needs and ensure seamless orchestration of each program.

The role requires overseeing setup, support, and teardown, managing instrumentation, equipment, specimens, and inventory, and being on-site for the full duration of assigned programs to meet attendee and sponsor needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science, healthcare, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in bioskills lab, surgical training, or medical device industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multi-program management abilities.
• Supervise staff or coordinate contractors/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute programs at FIVE Labs Las Vegas facility and off-site locations.
• Manage instrumentation, equipment, specimen, and supply inventory.
• Ensure on-site presence for full duration of each program.
• Collaborate with sponsors, Account Managers, and clients to document needs.
• Maintain facility and equipment, ensure paper‑work accuracy, and safe handling of specimens.
