Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and offboarding for team members and manage exits.
• Execute, organize, and streamline core operational tasks for the group.
• Lab and equipment logistics; distributing gear and supporting facility space allocation.
• Maintain information-sharing platforms and document repositories.
• Build simple tools and provide light technical support.
• Coordinate and facilitate team events and activities (including physical setup).
• Monitor operations to catch issues early and escalate when needed.
