Job summary

ARUP Laboratories, Inc. seeks a Client Site Liaison II at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. This on-site role supports ARUP’s client relations, specimen processing and logistics, acting as the liaison between the client site and ARUP teams to resolve issues and coordinate shipments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in Biological Sciences preferred.
• One year of lab-related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site liaison between client and ARUP teams to resolve specimen submissions issues.
• Prepare, aliquot and label ARUP specimens per DOT/IATA guidelines.
• Maintain records and ensure proper transport arrangements with couriers.
• Communicate schedule and updates to clients and internal teams.
