ARUP Laboratories seeks an onsite Client Site Liaison II at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Mattoon, IL. The role supports specimen processing, client communication, and coordination between the client and ARUP teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions.

The position requires handling specimens, labeling and preparing them for transport while complying with regulatory guidelines and maintaining essential records. It is a 40-hour workweek on-site with standard clinic hours.

Qualifications

• Onsite liaison role at a client site.
• Ability to prepare and process specimens according to ARUP standards.
• Familiarity with DOT and IATA shipping guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for shipments.

Responsibilities

• Pour off, label and process specimens as they become available per ARUP test directory.
• Prepare specimens for transport to ARUP following DOT/IATA guidelines.
• Maintain contact with local and regional couriers to ensure shipment schedules are met.
• Provide clients with information on specimen requirements, fees, turnaround times and referral vendors.
• Load and distribute technical information, hotlines, test bulletins and company updates to clients.
• Be familiar with ARUP Connect and LIS systems used by clients.
• Order and maintain supplies related to ARUP testing and keep inventories.
