CHAOS Industries is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to join our fast-paced recruiting team in Los Angeles (Hawthorne). This 6-month contract role offers extension potential and a chance to impact candidate experiences from day one.

You will manage interview scheduling, onboarding tasks, and candidate logistics while partnering with Recruiters and hiring teams to drive efficiency and excellence. You will report to the Recruiting Operations Manager and collaborate with IT, Operations, and HR to

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role with high-volume scheduling.
• Track record of supporting multiple scheduling or customer needs at a time with a high level of urgency.
• Strong customer service mindset; candidate-first mentality throughout recruitment process.
• Process-oriented with passion for efficiency and organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate major aspects of the employee lifecycle from interview scheduling to onboarding tasks.
• Serve as main point of contact with interview candidates via phone, text and email.
• Use software tools to manage candidate logistics including travel · lodging and scheduling changes.
• Liaise with hiring teams to ensure timely interview attendance and feedback.
