Colliers in Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the management of assigned properties. You will oversee operations, financial performance, and compliance with contracts while maintaining relationships with owners, tenants, and vendors.

The role requires 2+ years in real estate (commercial preferred), proficiency with MS Office, and software like Yardi or MRI. A California real estate license is mandatory, with an onsite arrangement in Los Angeles, CA.

Qualifications

2+ years of real estate experience (commercial preferred).
Experience with contract and leasing agreements.
Valid California real estate license required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors.
Dispatch work order calls, set up vendors and service agreements.
Respond promptly to tenants’ needs to meet lease obligations.
Prepare ownership reports, budgets and other reports for senior management.
Manage all administrative tasks: work orders, service requests, rent and expenses, property maintenance, and vendor compliance.
