Job summary

Coastline Equity is seeking an organized, responsive On-Site Property Manager and Field Assistant Property Manager for its Los Angeles portfolio. The role blends on-site resident support with field assignments across properties.

Responsibilities include coordinating with residents and vendors, handling emergencies, inspections, showings, and work orders, while traveling between the LA office and properties as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• Ability to independently manage a changing field schedule.
• Comfortable documenting property conditions with notes and photographs.
• Proficient with email, calendars, smartphones and office technology.
• AppFolio experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site contact for residents, vendors and Coastline Equity.
• Respond to property emergencies and complete incident reports within 24 hours.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and follow-ups.
• Monitor unit turns and maintain rent-ready schedules.
• Complete property showings and assist with rental applications.
• Review, assign, schedule and follow up on work orders.
