Insight is seeking an Onsite Level 2 Desktop Technician to deliver hands-on Windows endpoint support in a large enterprise environment. You will own the ServiceNow queue, coordinate with remote teams, and provide frontline hardware and peripheral support to end users.

The role emphasizes strong ownership from ticket intake to resolution, with opportunities to grow within a Fortune 500 solutions integrator that values people and technology.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of enterprise deskside or L2 support experience.
• Strong expertise in Windows 10/11 diagnosis in a domain environment.
• Experience managing a ServiceNow queue (SLAs, prioritization, ticket hygiene).
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Intune, Active Directory, Cisco video conferencing room equipment, and basic networking.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 devices (performance, login, profiles, OS errors, app issues).
• Manage O365/M365 apps, VPN clients, BitLocker, and endpoint security tools.
• Own and manage the ServiceNow incident, request, and interaction tickets end-to-end.
• Troubleshoot printers/MFPs, laptops, docks, monitors, keyboards, and other peripherals.
• Execute imaging/provisioning for laptop refreshes and redeployments; ensure asset tagging and inventory accuracy.
• Address deskside support needs and coordinate with remote escalation teams.
