Job summary

WWC Engineering is hiring a Full-Time IT Technician in Sheridan, WY. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, install/configure equipment, and maintain systems to keep operations secure and efficient.

Responsibilities include user support, collaboration with other departments, and ongoing IT maintenance. A customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Industry-recognized Help Desk Certification and/or experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Knowledge of software installations.
• Understanding of IT security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Address urgent technical issues and troubleshoot hardware/software problems.
• Install and configure new equipment; perform regular system maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve user concerns and improve IT experience.
• Support users and document issues, following help desk processes.
