Job summary

Wind River Hotel & Casino in Riverton, Wyoming is seeking an IT Help Desk professional to install, configure, and maintain workstation hardware and software, and to respond to support requests within 4 hours. The role requires a CS degree or 3 years IT experience, and a Wyoming driver’s license.

You will work across Windows OS and MS Server environments, with access to ticketing systems and regular on-site duties.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• CS degree or 3 years IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows XP/7/10 and MS Server systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, maintain and troubleshoot end-user workstations and peripherals.
• Respond to calls and tickets within 4 hours.
• Keep IT Manager informed of issues and maintain confidentiality.
• Attend mandatory meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
