Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call IT support via ServiceNow tickets.
• Coordinate with network services and applications teams to restore service.
• Perform routine system maintenance and hardware changes.
• Install OS patches and upgrades using SCCM Software Center.
• Provide remote support for telework users over VPN/Citrix.
• Manage device relocation requests and ensure encryption of devices.
• Support on-site enterprise groups and troubleshoot network equipment.
