Job summary

Health Choice Network is seeking an experienced IT Technician to provide Tier 2 support for end users, devices, and core IT systems in a primarily Windows/Microsoft 365 environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of IT support experience, an IT degree or equivalent, and resides near Aurora, IL, with capacity to work onsite. You will assist with device deployment, user access management, and documentation to maintain a secure, reliable technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of IT support, help desk, desktop support, technical support, or systems support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, Microsoft 365, and connectivity issues.
• Support user account administration in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Deploy and support endpoint devices using Intune, Autopilot, and related tools.
• Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and business apps.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office apps.
• Assist with workstation imaging, software deployment, and device lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot VPN/DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP and wireless network issues.
• Participate in endpoint security, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Support onboarding/offboarding activities and access provisioning.
• Maintain technical docs, knowledge base, and asset records.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party support.
• Assist with ticket triage, escalation management, and root cause analysis.
• Participate in after-hours support as needed.
