This on-site role requires thorough documentation, adherence to CMMC 2.0 Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171, and strong collaboration with IT colleagues to resolve incidents, improve processes, and ensure dependable user support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support experience (help desk, desktop support, or equivalent).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience writing technical documentation or knowledge-base articles.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated Tier 2 incidents beyond Tier 1 scope.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Entra, endpoints, and applications.
• Mentor Tier 1 technicians and improve ticket documentation.
