Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an IT Service Technician to provide onsite support for a federal customer in Lee's Summit, MO. The role requires active US citizenship, a high degree of technical proficiency, and certification readiness in A+/Security+ or Network+/Server+ within six months.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for network/servers and devices.
• Install, troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software; patch management via SCCM.
• Support on-site training of customer staff and coordinate with support teams.
• Assist with remote support for telework users and VPN/Citrix access.
• Maintain asset inventory and orderly disposal of equipment.
