Job summary

Kforce Inc is seeking an Onsite IT Technician in Las Vegas, NV to provide hands-on technical support for computers, tablets, mobile devices, and network systems. You will coordinate with multiple sites and support AV needs for meetings and events.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and IT certifications such as CompTIA A+. Warranties and ticketing with ServiceNow are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent IT certifications preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of technology standards with minimal supervision.
• Ability to troubleshoot a range of issues with standard procedures.
• Escalation to appropriate IT teams as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and resolves workstation issues (hardware & software).
• Enacts manufacturer warranties for equipment repair.
• Maintains Service Now tickets daily with updates.
• Supports installation and setup of technology in Welcome Home Centers and trailers.
• Resolves printer and copier issues across the division.
• Coordinates technical support for meetings, events, and video/AV needs.
• Maintains, upgrades, installs, and replaces hardware/software as required.
• Provides weekly status reports to the Onsite IT manager.
