Gravity IT Resources in Las Vegas is seeking an Onsite IT Technician to provide hands-on support for computers, tablets, mobile devices, and network equipment across multiple offices. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, document issues, and coordinate with vendors.

This contract-to-hire role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service, and the ability to travel up to 25% to remote sites. On-site work in a fast-paced environment with IT team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in onsite IT support or related technical role.
• Ability to perform complex, structured requests to install or configure systems.
• Ability to solve a range of straightforward problems and analyze solutions using standard procedures.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and resolve computer workstation issues, software and hardware.
• Enact manufacturer warranties for equipment repair.
• Maintain and update ServiceNow tickets daily with detailed notes on resolution.
• Assist with technology equipment installation in sales centers and field offices.
• Coordinate technical support for meetings and events, including video conferencing and A/V needs.
• Maintain, upgrade, install, and replace hardware and software as required.
• Report downtime and connectivity issues to the manager and helpdesk.
• Provide weekly status reports to the Onsite IT Manager.
