Job summary

Insight is seeking a Flex Services Technician to install, repair, test, and service a wide range of systems and communication technologies onsite at our Fort Worth, TX office. You will diagnose hardware issues, perform testing, and ensure documentation for billing and compliance is complete.

The role requires IT-related certification or diploma and 2–5 years of IT support experience, with a preference for A+ certification and prior HP, Dell, or Lenovo credentials.

Qualifications

• IT-related certificate or diploma is required.
• 2–5 years of troubleshooting or IT support experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• A+ certification (preferred).
• Previous experience working as certified HP, Dell or Lenovo technician (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues to minimize client downtime.
• Installing and testing hardware, ensuring everything works and following instructions.
• Completing all required technical documentation for billing, product returns, and compliance.
• Supporting Insight’s depot programs such as Hot Swap and Repair.
