Job summary

Lennar is seeking an Onsite IT Technician II to provide intermediate technical support for associates across divisions. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage data systems, and maintain proactive communication with internal clients.

The role requires a high school diploma (CompTIA A+ preferred) and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Expect an hourly base range with potential bonuses, and extensive onsite duties with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and assistance to users to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Manage internal client relationships with proactive communication.
• Create, update, and share best practice support documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workstation issues and printer/copier problems.
• Maintain Service Now tickets with accurate details and status updates.
• Coordinate technical support for meetings and events including video conferences.
