Job summary
Lennar is seeking a Lead Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support and leadership across IT systems, networks, and equipment. You will mentor technicians, coordinate with departments and vendors, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
You will lead incident resolution, drive documentation in Service Now, and coordinate project plans for technology installations across divisions.
Qualifications
- Understanding of advanced technology standards.
- Ability to supervise complex installations and configurations.
- Proficient in troubleshooting a range of IT issues.
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage change and its business impact.
Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship and training to IT Technicians; lead by example.
- Assist in managing internal client relationships and complex requests.
- Produce and maintain best-practice support documentation.
- Resolve incidents end-to-end; document/analyze in Service Now.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues; manage warranties.
- Coordinate project plans for installing technology equipment.
- Monitor and coordinate third-party support contractors.
- Perform duties as assigned by the Onsite IT Manager.
