Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; CompTIA A+ or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Proficient in troubleshooting IT issues and communicating effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and assistance to users to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Produce, update, and provide best practice support documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer workstation issues and manage tickets in ServiceNow.
• Coordinate technical support for meetings and events, including video conferencing and AV needs.
