Job summary

Lennar is hiring an IT Technician I to deliver basic technical support for Lennar Associates in our Irving, TX office. You will handle hardware/software issues, data tasks, and internal client relationships while following documented support processes.

The role focuses on routine problem resolution, incident escalation, and coordinating tech needs for meetings and events, with opportunities to grow in a Fortune 500 homebuilder environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of technology standards.
• Ability to perform routine work assignments.
• Proficient in basic troubleshooting of IT issues.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to recognize and elevate issues appropriately.
• HS diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree and CompTIA A+ or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware, software, and end-user support.
• Support data management tasks and internal client relationships.
• Follow best practice documentation in resolving tickets.
• Provide basic incident resolution and escalation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workstation issues.
• Maintain and update ServiceNow tickets daily.
• Coordinate installation of technology equipment for projects.
• Resolve printer and copier issues across divisions.
• Arrange technical support for meetings and events.
