Job summary

Lennar is seeking an Onsite IT Technician II to deliver intermediate technical support for associates. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage data systems, and support internal client relationships to ensure timely service.

This role requires 3–5 years of IT experience, a high school diploma or GED, and IT certifications such as CompTIA A+. Local travel up to 25% and a 2-hour radius commute are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have understanding of technology standards and troubleshoot IT issues with minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform structured work assignments and deliver timely support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and assistance to users to resolve hardware and software issues.

• Maintain and update ServiceNow tickets and provide status reports.
