Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support or desktop support.
• Experience providing onsite enterprise IT support and resolving hardware/software issues.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, and workplace technology.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts, connectivity troubleshooting, cabling, and network equipment.
• Experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow, and IT asset management processes.
• Understand asset lifecycle management and inventory control (CMDB).
• Excellent English communication and ability to work onsite with local language.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and own issues through resolution.
• Collaborate effectively with remote IT teams and external vendors.
• Professional, customer-focused approach to supporting employees and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2 onsite support for hardware, software, connectivity, mobile devices, printers, meeting rooms, and workplace technology.
• Resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow while meeting service levels and documenting tickets.
• Maintain site IT readiness by ensuring end-user devices and local tech remain operational.
• Perform hands-on activities for Global IT teams, including equipment installation and troubleshooting.
• Manage IT assets and inventory, including deployment, recovery, audits, and lifecycle activities.
• Support onboarding and offboarding by deploying and securing IT equipment.
• Coordinate with remote IT teams and vendors for complex issues requiring external resources.
• Support IT projects, site surveys, and office moves with onsite presence.
• Maintain knowledge articles and identify opportunities to improve onsite support processes.
