Pomeroy is seeking an Onsite Support Technician to deliver local IT assistance at the Walk-In Center and client sites in Indianapolis. You will handle hardware upgrades, software issues, and basic networking while maintaining strong customer communication.

The role covers Windows and macOS support, Office 365, printers, AV equipment, and smart hands for various devices. A proactive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years local in-country onsite support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in local language and English.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer-facing demeanor.
• Experience with hardware break/fix and peripheral devices.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing and AV/meeting room support.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support at the Walk-In Center and client sites.
• Handle standard and non-standard hardware issues (RAM/SSD, printers, monitors).
• Support Office 365 and basic software issues for end users.
• Perform Smart Hands tasks including printers, scanners, and network devices.
• Assist in room setup for meetings (audio/video equipment) and network cabling.
