Job summary

Pomeroy is seeking an Onsite Support Technician to cover the IT Link Center in Indianapolis, IN. You will handle service requests with ServiceNow, troubleshoot Windows and macOS, and provide end-user assistance for devices, software, and meeting rooms.

You will work with LAN/WAN hardware, printers, projectors, AV gear, and room control, performing basic hardware support and room AV setup in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of local in country experience
• Proficient spoken and written communication in local language + English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Industry standard onsite support technician skills including ServiceNow ticket handling, Windows & macOS, HW peripherals, Office 365, AV equipment, and network gear
