Job summary

BEL USA is seeking an IT Technician to provide front-line support for end users with hardware, software, or device issues. You will troubleshoot problems, document tickets, and ensure hardware performance remains optimal by following established procedures.

This onsite role in Medley, FL requires Spanish fluency and the ability to multitask while delivering friendly, professional service. You will collaborate with the IT team on projects, respond to escalations, and occasionally work after hours

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
• Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 admin center for user and group management
• Experience with Patch Management and software updates
• Imaging experience for setting up and configuring new workstations
• Active Directory experience, including user account management and permissions
• Ability to troubleshoot tier 1 network and connectivity issues with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resolving end-user issues efficiently
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills

Responsibilities

• Provide professional IT support to end users and troubleshoot hardware/software problems.
• Resolve tickets via email or ticketing system and document resolutions.
• Set up computers, install software, and test network connections.
• Respond to escalations regarding desktops, printers, and other devices.
• Collaborate with IT staff to purchase equipment and support IT projects.
• Occasionally work after hours or weekends and remain onsite.
