Job summary

Adistec is seeking an IT Support Technician in Florida to provide Tier 1 technical support for employees and ensure reliable operation of company computers, applications, and peripherals.

The role requires troubleshooting skills, strong customer service, and the ability to assist both technical and non-technical users in a fast-paced corporate environment. Located in Florida, onsite work is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience providing Tier 1 IT support to end users.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic cybersecurity.
• Ability to support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Strong customer-service orientation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technical support to end users and respond to day-to-day IT support requests.
• Receive, document, categorize, prioritize, troubleshoot, and follow up on support tickets.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, printer, peripheral, and connectivity issues.
• Support password resets, account lockouts, and basic user-access requests.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and approved software.
• Prepare and configure equipment for new employees.
• Support onboarding, transfers, and offboarding-related IT requirements.
• Assist with equipment recovery and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment lifecycle.
