Eurasia Group in New York is seeking an Associate Director, Information Technology Technician to provide hands-on IT support, office setup, and AV management in the NY office. You will work closely with facilities and vendors to ensure smooth IT operations and meeting readiness.

The role emphasizes practical versatility, hardware deployment, and proactive maintenance, with in-office daily responsibilities and strong coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing hands-on corporate IT support, including desktop troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, hardware deployment, networking fundamentals, and conference-room or audiovisual support.
• Basic practical proficiency with common hand tools, written assembly instructions, equipment connections, cable management, routine furniture assembly, and light-duty office moves.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on end-user support and maintain onsite IT infrastructure and user access.
• Support audiovisual and meeting equipment across conference rooms and assist with setup and testing before events.
• Perform light office setup tasks, assemble simple furniture, move and position equipment and workstations.
• Serve as onsite coordinator for equipment and systems with facilities, building management, and external vendors.
• Regularly inspect workspaces and IT spaces to identify issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Take ownership of issues from initial response through resolution, escalating only when needed.
