Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas in Charlotte, NC is seeking an IT professional to be the primary on-site technical contact. You’ll split time between a traditional office and a fast-paced warehouse, solving diverse hardware and software challenges while enjoying a four-day work week (Mon–Thu, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or STEM field, OR 2+ years of equivalent Windows-based IT support experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration and remote device management.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in a 10-hour shift format.
• Willingness to use Microsoft Teams on a personal mobile phone.
• Occasional travel to remote locations or after-hours support (less than 5%).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for internal customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Split your typical day evenly between a traditional office environment and active IT operations within an industrial warehouse.
• Remotely manage and troubleshoot workstations using Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Partner with Human Resources for IT aspects of onboarding and offboarding and monitor security camera equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues involving servers, wireless equipment, and data lines.
• Install physical hardware throughout the facility, including cables and ladders as needed.
• Monitor hardware/software inventory and recommend replacements and upgrades.
• Work independently to manage, analyze, and maintain internal IT desktop systems.
• Push and pull essential business data from company databases.
