Job summary
Enable Resource Group LLC seeks a mission-minded onsite IT Systems Technician to join our Nashville team. You will troubleshoot and resolve technology issues for church clients, provide friendly support, and help keep systems running smoothly.
This role requires 1–2 years in IT support or a technical degree, experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Windows OS, and ticketing systems. Local candidates in the Nashville area preferred.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in IT support or a bachelor’s degree in a technical area.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Windows OS.
- Experience with electronic ticketing systems and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients seeking remote technical assistance and ensuring reliable technology resolutions.
- Build client relationships through active listening and empathetic behavior.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and implement resolutions efficiently.
- Explain complex technical concepts to clients at all skill levels.
- Support onsite client environments and help maintain system stability.
