Job summary

Enable Ministry is seeking a mission-minded Service Desk Technician to join our growing team in Houston, TX. You will troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for Enable clients, acting as a key point of contact with a strong focus on customer service and relationship building.

You will support Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, ticketing systems, and Windows OS, while collaborating with teammates to deliver timely solutions and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years IT support in Tier I–II or degree in a technical field.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and ticketing systems.
• Proficient with Windows OS and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial contact for remote technical help and ensure resolutions.
• Build client relationships through active listening and empathy.
• Collaborate within a team and communicate complex tech plainly.
