Alexander Technology Group in Northampton, MA is seeking an IT Systems & Support Specialist to join its internal IT team. This onsite role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, end-user support, and maintaining a variety of technologies.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT support, with Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory/Entra ID experience, and a collaborative approach to IT initiatives. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Competenze

• 3+ years of professional experience in IT support or help desk.
• Hands-on in Windows environments, M365, and AD/Entra ID.
• Experience with IT asset inventory and basic networking.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Serve as first point of contact for internal IT support and troubleshooting.
• Manage user accounts and permissions, onboarding/offboarding.
• Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
• Support Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Assist with system updates, endpoint security, and IT security practices.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory records.
• Troubleshoot office tech to minimize downtime.
• Assist testing and rollout of new IT initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT leadership and vendors; travel occasionally.
