Job summary

TheHomeMag is seeking an IT Systems & Support Manager to be the primary internal tech resource for 80+ peers and 130+ homemaggers across our franchise network. This onsite role in Cape Coral, FL offers hands-on responsibility, with access to cybersecurity, infrastructure and project expertise.

Responsibilities include Google Workspace administration, onboarding, DNS/hosting management, device troubleshooting and licensing. Competitive salary and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support and systems administration across locations.
• Experience administering Google Workspace: accounts, groups, drives, security.
• Ability to coordinate technology providers and manage domain/DNS tasks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot computers, email, devices, video calls, printers and connectivity.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, accounts, permissions and asset prep.
• Administer Google Workspace and related security controls.
• Maintain domains, DNS, hosting and licensing; coordinate with Marketing and outside specialists.
• Improve documentation and use AI tools to speed up support.
