  • Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets; coordinate procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management of employee devices.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including device setup, account provisioning, and access revocation.
  • Provide frontline support for AI-assisted workplace tools, including Claude and Google Workspace AI (Gemini), helping employees use these tools effectively.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and managed service providers on day-to-day operational tasks, escalating contract or relationship decisions.
  • Assist in enforcing IT security policies, including endpoint protection, patching, and basic compliance hygiene across the internal environment.
  • Maintain documentation for IT processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity procedures under the guidance of leadership.
  • Assist with IT projects and initiatives as directed, including system upgrades, tool rollouts, and internal infrastructure improvements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4–6 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related hands‑on IT role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Slack administration, with the ability to manage users, groups, and settings independently.
  • Solid understanding of the Google Cloud Platform, IAM, resource monitoring and infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of office networking fundamentals, including Wi‑Fi, VLANs, VPN, and DNS basics.
  • Experience with endpoint management across macOS and Windows environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support non‑technical employees patiently and clearly.
