Job summary

Quality Structures LLC is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to maintain and develop in-house applications, manage the company’s phone system, and support the network. This hands-on role requires most work hours on-site with some remote flexibility as needed.

The ideal candidate has IT/code development experience, strong math aptitude, and ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux clients and servers.

• Requires strong math aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop enterprise applications written in ASP.net, SQL, and Ruby on Rails.
• Maintain servers hosting the company’s IP phone system, accounting, manufacturing, and file servers.
• Support end-users with IT-related problems in a responsive and service-oriented manner.
• Set up, manage, and maintain IT-related equipment.
• Monitor backup jobs and ensure a high level of completion success rate.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance; report to work on time.
• Provide excellent customer service and reflect our company’s core values at all times.
• Manage time and projects effectively.
• Help put processes in place to maintain a stable network environment.
• Train staff with IT-related equipment.
• Maintain and grow the technology infrastructure of the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
