Job summary

Kintegra Health is seeking an Information Systems Analyst to maintain and support hardware, software, networking, and telephony. The role involves independent work, on-site duties at the Shannon-Bradley location in Gastonia, NC, with some travel to other sites.

Strong hardware repair knowledge and Windows/O365 skills are essential. Responsibilities include PC/printer/network support, system configurations, documentation, and collaboration with the IT team.

Qualifications

• Two-year technology-related degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience maintaining and supporting Windows-based computers, networks and applications; 5 years preferred.
• A+ certification or equivalent knowledge is noted as information but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide PC, printer and network support.
• Perform all PC installs and modifications.
• Perform application configuration for new computers.
• Perform basic network administration tasks.
• Manage all PC and data backup and migrations.
• Make recommendations for future technology standards.
• Maintain proper inventory of computers and hardware supplies.
• Create and maintain documentation for all information technology processes and procedures.
• Assist IT Service team with phone support as needed
