Job summary

Blacktip is a Microsoft Modern Work & Security partner assisting medium-size businesses in leveraging the Microsoft 365 Cloud family of products. This onsite-only role is based in Longwood, FL, and focuses on Windows Server, Azure Cloud, and MICROSOFT 365 administration on a dedicated team.

You will drive cloud best practices, support DevSecOps initiatives, and automate routine tasks with PowerShell or Python while maintaining security and compliance across environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT systems administration experience.
• 10+ years in desktop, network, and Windows server management.
• 7+ years in MICROSOFT 365 administration.
• Regular Microsoft certifications and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server infrastructure including Active Directory and DNS.
• Administer and secure Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Maintain network architecture and cloud deployments in Azure.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Provide security policies and compliance within the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Onboard/offboard users and manage access controls across devices and cloud environments.
• Deliver end-user training and maintain documentation.
