Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Proficient in Azure Environments and MS365 Administration.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to follow defined processes and deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site client support and troubleshoot a range of IT issues.
• Resolve Windows, Office 365, and Exchange problems and assist with networking tasks.
• Manage user accounts across Active Directory and related platforms.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as needed.
