Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, based in Tampa, seeks a Microsoft Systems Administrator to manage enterprise Microsoft environments across on‑prem and cloud. You will ensure stability, security, and performance of Windows Server, AD, M365, and Azure, with a focus on automation and hybrid operations.

The role requires working 3 days per week from the Tampa office and delivering Tier 2/3 support across infrastructure teams. Strong troubleshooting and scripting are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 4+ years administering Microsoft enterprise environments.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring tools.
• Security practices and IAM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain MS infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, GP).
• Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Support Azure cloud environments (VMs, networking, storage).
• Implement IAM and enforce security policies.
• Monitor performance, availability, and remediation.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support.
• Document configurations and procedures.
