Job summary

DirectViz Solutions, LLC seeks a highly skilled Computer Systems Analyst to work on-site in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on delivering superior IT support, maintaining desktops and servers, and acting as the primary Helpdesk contact to ensure seamless operations.

The candidate should have 1–3 years in technical support, DoD8570 IAT Level II (Sec+), and a Secret clearance, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Technical Support or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team.
• Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain local and remote computer systems to support company goals.
• Be the primary point of contact for Helpdesk calls and emails.
• Open and update Support Requests; triage by severity and impact.
• Configure and deploy workstations and laptops; provide onsite support as needed.
• Create and maintain documentation and user/computer accounts.
• Provide basic VTC support on NIPR/SIPR networks.
