Job summary

Vista Defense Technologies, LLC seeks a Virtual Health Systems Administration and Support professional in Jacksonville, FL to support the IT team with installation, upgrades, monitoring, SOP development, and training for VH platforms. The role includes managing cellular devices, MDM services, and Tele-Critical Care systems, with strong emphasis on security and DoD-wide telehealth deployment.

Qualifications

• Must have CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Experience supporting virtual health platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, monitor VH platform hardware and software.
• Develop, update SOPs for virtual health hardware and software.
• Apply STIGs to Cisco codec endpoints and DX80 devices.
• Organize initial and sustainment training for onsite and remote staff.
• Manage Wi‑Fi networks for virtual visits and monitor performance.
• Administer and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) including Apple Business Manager and certificates.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets and update the VH web page; provide user support.
• Provide monthly leadership status reports and assist with new virtual health modalities.
