Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support in a multi-app environment.
• Strong Active Directory experience managing user accounts and permissions.
• Proven troubleshooting skills with independence in diagnosing issues.
• Experience with Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise tech.
• Familiarity with multiple business applications and platforms.
• Excellent communication and customer service, especially in person.
• Able to work independently and in on-site industrial settings.
• Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to obtain TWIC card.
• Ability to operate within safety requirements of an industrial site.

• Provide onsite end-user support for hardware, software, network, and apps.
• Manage user accounts and access in Active Directory.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across Windows OS and apps.
• Support diverse application environments and unfamiliar systems.
• Respond to incidents via phone, email, tickets, and in person.
• Install and deploy desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers.
• Troubleshoot conference room AV, phones, peripheral devices.
• Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with remote teams and vendors for infra issues.
• Provide hands-on support for data center and onsite IT infra.
• Maintain IT assets and documentation.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
